If she had to choose a phrase that best describes her, Sherri would say that she is a servant. She loves to help people. She works in excess of 80 hours each week as a live-in senior companion. In her free time you can find her helping the elderly and the shut in by providing beauty shop services. She has been known to bus tables at a friend’s restaurant. She plans and facilitates activities at her local church. She volunteers in the community and helps with cancer foundations and run a not-for-profit to provide funds for cancer patients, in honor of her older son, who is a cancer survivor. She loves to help people with their health goals through Zurvita.
Fred Harris is a security consultant, and a use-of-force instructor with over 20 years of experience. He provides services such as Krav Maga self defense, corporate leadership workshops, workplace safety consultation, executive protection, security force development & training, threat assessments and crisis intervention to clients throughout the United States. Freddie’s clients include individuals, child care centers, houses of worship, entertainment venues, and entities in the aviation, retail, 1st responder and government categories.
Doug Hamaker is a co-founder of Forage Kitchen and Forage Kombucha. He discovered his love for exercise and nutrition in his early 20s and is incredibly lucky to be able to have his passion be his work. Outside of work he enjoys traveling and spending time with his fiancé and family.
Aaron Jagielo is the head chef of Forage Kitchen on State Street. He began his career in food at a young age, working for his family’s restaurant Two Lakes in Almond, Wis. Over the past few years he has worked towards improving his health and nutrition and was drawn towards Forage as a place to work where he can practice what he preaches. Is his spare time he is an avid fisherman and, you guessed it, home chef.
Ryan Dale is the head of production for Zymbiotics naturally fermented foods. He has worked extensively in restaurants, sustainable agriculture and in food production.

Sara has over 35 years personal involvement in the diabetes community and over 15 year professionally. Emily Beaman is a Doctor of Nursing Practice and Certified Nurse Midwife, specializing in Women’s Health and wellness. Emily loves being able to provide comprehensive, holistic health care to women in the Madison area. When not working, she loves being with family and friends, seeing live music, being outdoors, yoga, reading, and chocolate.
Priscilla Peterson is the Group Exercise Manager at Princeton Club West and has been with the company since January of 2001. Priscilla has worked in the fitness industry since 1994 teaching group classes, personal training and coaching Sports Performance. Priscilla believes in the advantage each person has by maintaining and building core strength and stability. “Everyone needs core strength, it is our base” .

Sarah Clemons-Wagner is an Occupational Therapist at SSM Health- St. Mary’s, Madison. She has been in practice for over 17 years. Mrs. Clemons-Wagner has worked in mental health settings for most of that time, serving as a case manager and Occupational therapist, both in Wisconsin and Vermont, working with individuals with mental health issues, homelessness, alcohol & other drug issues and personality disorders.
Grace has taught for more than 6 years and Elizabeth has been taught for MSCR for more than 1 year. Grace is certified in TurboKick and Elizabeth has certifications for PiYo and Core De Force. Both teach a variety of MSCR Fitness classes.
Mary Pat Hank is a registered nurse, a Healing Touch Certified Practitioner and a Healing Touch Certified Instructor. She began using Healing Touch in 2009, to better embrace the benefits of a holistic practice and to help myself heal from fibromyalgia. She is passionate about teaching others how they can use Healing Touch to improve their lives and the lives of others.
Chef & Host of the Disney California Adventure® Food & Wine Festival, Daniella Malfitano is the author of nine cookbooks and creator of the PBS television series “Delicious Discoveries with Daniella Malfitano.” A graduate of the French Culinary Institute in New York City, Chef Daniella travels the globe sharing her passion for healthy eating bringing together corporations, individuals and kids to learn how true transformation starts with food!
Ghadeer Alafifi is a certified Zumba Instructor since 2012. Ghadeer was born and raised in the Middle East. She grew up within an authentic belly dance atmosphere. Her main focus is to share the positive energy with her class participants. Her goal for the participants is to have fun and focus on themselves at any level.
Wendy Warren Grapentine is a former news anchor and medical reporter at Channel 27. She currently is a practicing massage therapist, energy worker, intuitive coach, and mind-body advocate.
Her work focuses on the mind-body connection, utilizing myofascial release, reiki and EFT, also known as meridian tapping. She is a trained intuitive, a student of the law of attraction and believes that gut health is the foundation of good health.

Margo, Barre District’s studio owner, started taking barre classes several years ago and she immediately found herself addicted. The challenging and effective workouts and the way she felt after going to class, combined with the warm, kind, and always welcoming community at the studio, is what made her devoted to Barre District.
An elementary school teacher by training and mother of 3 boys, Margo enjoys teaching in this new capacity. She always likes pushing clients to be their best self, and is excited to provide an inclusive space for everyone to workout and make meaningful connections.

As a nutrition communications specialist at Skogen’s Festival Foods in De Pere, Wisconsin, she promotes good nutrition and balanced lifestyles to a wide variety of consumers. Her team accomplishes this through providing nutrition and culinary classes, events, store tours, and presentations in the community, along with social media posts and television segments.

Kory Seder is a Type 1 diabetic, triathlete, nutrition counselor & citizen scientist. He successfully manages his diabetes better than 99.9% of other Type 1 diabetics by NOT following ADA advice. Melanie Nelson, Good Food creator & owner since 2010, has successfully reversed her pre-diabetes & effortlessly lost 25 pounds by eating in direct opposition to the US dietary guidelines & ADA guidelines as well.
When I enrolled in yoga teacher training, I was unsure if I would teach yoga. What I discovered along the way was a passion to make yoga accessible to all non-conforming bodies (bigger bodies, old bodies, stiff bodies, or just bodies that get ignored). Only near the end of training did I decide that I wanted to share my yoga and that I wanted to help share how to make yoga work for them. My hope is to bring this ease to your practice. I have been teaching for over 3 years and I am E-RYT200, YACEP, YFA, Peak Pilates certified.

Zumba has brought the world together in a monumental movement with a universal language called MUSIC and I’m so proud to be a part of it. Teaching Zumba Gold is one of my passions, as well as all things musical really. My personallity is three fold when music is involved and my sister jokes that she can’t take me anywhere without me “zumba-fying” things. :0) I love showing the world… or Costco, Target, or my neighboorhood while I’m walking the dog….that everyone CAN Zumba (alone, down the middle of the grocery store isle, or on a sidewalk). As Master Trainer, Program Director and International Presenter for Kettlebell AMPD, Shannon has been able to combine her love of fitness and her love of travel.
Cassy Vieth, owner/operator of Lexington Fitness in Spring Green, WI developed ForeverFit! and GentleFit! to keep aging people mobile and independent and younger people pain free and balanced. The two therapeutic classes are a huge success in her facility – because they work! She also does personal training and program development.

Patrick Zwank is a Chef and Culinary Operation Manager at Metcalfe’s Market which is a leader in providing the freshest local and premium quality foods to Madison residents. Previously, Patrick worked as a chef and general manager at well-known restaurants in the Madison area. He attended the University of Wisconsin-Stout where he studied Culinary Arts and Restaurant Management. Lisa Grudzielanek is a Registered Dietitian and Assistant Director of Operations at Metcalfe’s Market. Metcalfe’s Market is a fourth-generation, family owned and operated neighborhood market that’s been around since 1917. Lisa leads a team of culinary innovators who keep a close eye on food and restaurant trends and work to bring them to shoppers quickly and conveniently. Lisa utilizes her nutrition expertise at Metcalfe’s concentrating on health and nutrition trends and corresponding shopping behavior to rollout targeted food products and offerings. Lisa earned a Bachelor’s of Science in Dietetics from Mount Mary University and Masters of Science in Human Nutrition from the University of Bridgeport.
As interim Chief Medical Officer, Dr. Wright leads the Quality and Care Management Division with primary responsibilities over population health, quality, and value-based care. She has a strong interest in provider collaboration to advance care transformation. As a Board Certified internist, she also practices hospital medicine at St Mary’s Hospital, Madison, WI.
Michael Weber is the Executive Director of Sales and Client Services for Dean Health Plan and Prevea360 Health Plan. Michael has a Bachelor of Science degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management from UW-Stout and is pursuing a Master’s degree in Social Innovation and Sustainability Leadership at Edgewood College. He serves on the Board of Directors for Ronald McDonald House Charities in Madison and is active in numerous community organizations.
Danielle Waldhart leads the Employee Health & Wellness program at Dean Health Plan. She has a Bachelor of Arts in Communication with emphasis in Public Relations from UW-Whitewater and is pursuing her Master’s degree in Health & Wellness Management from UW-Green Bay. Danielle focuses on developing innovative wellness and educational interventions to engage and
inspire employees to achieve their best health.
Amanda Borleske is a Clinical Pharmacy Consultant for Dean Health Plan with 8 years of previous outpatient pharmacy experience. Amanda has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Biochemistry and a Doctor of Pharmacy Degree from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and is currently pursuing an MBA- Health System Leadership degree. Her area of focus is on the Medicare Advantage Part D activities within Dean Health Plan, with a personal interest in promoting public health.
Dr. Kaveh Ghaboussi has sought out specialized training in a wide range of dental issues and technology. He has attended the prestigious Las Vegas Institute for Advanced Dentistry to study techniques like veneers, porcelain crowns and full mouth restorations. In addition to cosmetic dentistry and pain management he has also focused on training in oral conscious sedation and completed his certification with the World Clinical Laser Institute. Dr. Kaveh Ghaboussi regularly attends and even teaches seminars for dentists.
Recently Dr. Kaveh was just awarded his elite mastership in the American Dental Implant Association. Only 2% of dentists in the USA qualify for membership, & less than .2% qualify for mastership.
When Dr. Kaveh is not working hard being an awesome dentist, he’s enjoying spending time with his amazing wife and two great children. He enjoys cooking, soccer, and enjoying all of Madison’s restaurants and outdoor areas.
I have been a nurse practitioner in the electrophysiology department for 3 years with SSM Health Heart & Vascular Care. I work in the outpatient and inpatient setting and also care for patients in the device clinic who have pacemakers and defibrillators. Prior to being a nurse practitioner I was a registered nurse in the PACU and in heart/lung transplant.
Adrian is a graduate from UW-Madison with a degree in Kinesiology- Exercise and Movement Science as well as a second degree in Nutritional Science. He has been a the Head Coach for both Orangetheory Fitness studios in the Madison area since they have opened. Adrian has had a passion for fitness and has had roles as a personal trainer, group personal trainer, kickboxing/MMA coach, and strength and conditioning intern for the UW hockey, golf, swimming, tennis, and basketball teams for which he helped to train and develop the likes of Frank Kaminskey and Sam Dekker. When you take Adrian’s classes, you can expect to get a great workout, leaving empowered and confident about reaching your fitness goals!
Kate Mann is the Studio Manager at Pure Barre Madison Hilldale, as well as an instructor. Growing up dancing and working in theatre, physical fitness and music in combination have always been important. She graduated from the University of Wisconsin with an Acting degree in 2015 and has since made Madison her home.
Ryan Campbell has been a client-focused Personal Trainer for over 21 years. He is particularly talented in the areas of Biomechanics and Pre/Post-Rehabilitation. He has numerous degrees and certifications, including Bachelor’s in Kinesiology and Exercise Science, Functional Movement Screen, and Precision Nutrition.
