Daily life is stressful both personally and professionally! Wendy explains how our built-in Fight, Flight or Freeze response throws us into survival mode in times of stress. She will share three tools to short-circuit that response and get us back to a place of reasoned and rational thought, calm mind and healthy hormones. These tools take anywhere from 30 seconds to 3 minutes and will help you start your days off powerfully, keep your energy running strong all day and bring you back to a place of power when the inevitable “hits” of life come your way.
