Saturday Classes

Join us for free fitness classes for all skill levels. Our two-day event offers everything from meditation and yoga to pilates and kickboxing. All classes take place on the upper and lower levels of the Monona Terrace.

Review the Friday and Saturday classes then reserve your spot by completing the Fitness Class Registration Form.

Ryan will show you how to feel energized, balanced, and grounded in spite of the negativity around you. He will show us live audience demonstrations while utilizing kinesiology and guided imagery to share this technique. This amazing presentation is not to be missed!
