Friday Classes

Join us for free fitness classes for all skill levels. Our two-day event offers everything from meditation and yoga to pilates and kickboxing. All classes take place on the upper and lower levels of the Monona Terrace.

Review the Friday and Saturday classes then reserve your spot by completing the Fitness Class Registration Form.

Combines elements of Yoga, Pilates & Tai Chi to gently stretch and open joints, strengthen core and improve balance. Working fingers to toes you will improve your range of motion, stay mobile and relieve pain with this therapeutic zero impact class.

Orangetheory Fitness "Afterburn Bootcamp"

Orangetheory Fitness is a fun, high intensity, coach-lead boot camp for all fitness levels, scientifically proven to increase fat burn and calories burned during and after class.  Using heart-rate monitors, and state of the art equipment, our members may experience 500-1000 calories burned in just one hour!  Listed as New York Time's "Best one-hour workout in the country," our members also experience an "after-burn" effect where they continue to burn calories for the next 24-36 hours after completing class!
